The Promotion is an artistic project that critiques the widespread reach of the happiness industry through everyday promotional flyers. Drawing inspiration from the design of flyers commonly found in Dutch stores like Action, Kruidvat, SoLow, and Xenos, which sell inexpensive items including figurines, this project creates flyers that mimic this familiar style. The core message is the pervasive spread of consumerism and perceived happiness through thousands of such flyers, impacting both individuals and society with just a single sheet of paper.
